FOR FAST LIFE-TRANSFORMING RELIEF AND PEACE
Our target is to build a non-residential psychotherapeutic childcare center in Angkor area, Siem Reap, Cambodia. We want it to be a haven of joy and revival where suffering children can play and wonder, feel loved and learn self-trust, restore their inner peace and empower themselves to a better life.
A MORE AWARE GENERATION TO CUT THE DARK LEGACY
PHASE I. PILOT FOR CHILDCARE AND TRAINING OF CAREGIVERS
Our pilot aims at providing a complete set of care by our expert team to first needing children, while training in live local professionals to learn our integrated methodology. This two-week intensive and exceptionally residential workshop is the essential foundation stone enabling us to further develop our program.
PHASE II. SUSTAINABLE ROLL OUT
As local professionals become operational, we need a permanent place and caregivers staff to host the children. Beneficiary children will be identified in partnership with social departments of hospitals and organizations and collected by bus on regular out-of-school schedule. Children will be taken care of during play group sessions (bi-weekly to monthly), possibly complemented with individual support. Counseling for with their entourage and community will be provided at need. We work at providing the most performing therapy for children to reach self-renewal within six to twelve months.
$95,000 annual running costs at autonomy : Rental place ($12,000) – Salary ($80,000 for local caregivers and support staff) – Current expenditures including bus and first care for children ($3,000).
